SKILLS: Listening Practice & Dictations

Here are some webs where you can improve your listening abilities. I know listening is hard, especially when your level is not the one demanded on the course you are attending. 

It's up to you  to keep on complaining or right away, giving up, or face up reality and decide WHAT YOU CAN DO to really start to cope with this hard and difficult task, which is the only one that will enable you to understand a conversation in English.

Here, as in every matter of Life, there are only two possible actions: surrender of standing up and fighting. Choose the second one!
